WoundedWarriors.ca converted to TYPO3

The Wounded Warriors fund is designed to deliver quality of life, financial, benevolent and moral assistance through five different streams of support.

When an injured soldier leaves the battlefield, they do so quickly and without warning. Sometimes, all they have with them are just the clothes on their back. It is now that they are at their most vulnerable. This program alleviates some of this inconvenience by contributing "quality of life" items to the soldier.

The Wounded Warriors website is constantly updated with upcoming events, news and media mentiones, and other items related to the fund.  Prior to the conversion howerver, updates to the website were a time-consuming and tedious process.

Now that the site has been converted to the TYPO3 content management system, updates are much more efficient, whether it is an update to text content like an upcoming event or adding a new video to the site.

Many aspects of the site were redesigned, while at the same time by client request some elements from the original design were carried forward into the new design.
